The ADC page states that juveniles are transported to specialized facilities and are not held in the Goodhue County ADC. State prisoners and people under DOC supervision should be searched through DOC tools rather than the county roster.

Facility staff may end visits for rule violations, emergencies, disruption, intoxication, sexual behavior, revealing clothing, offensive language, equipment tampering, or contraband concerns. Visitors age 17 and under must be with a parent or legal guardian. Late arrival does not extend a visit, and a detainee may refuse a visit.
Goodhue County Inmate Mail and Money
